  2. A description of the problem.
  3. A photo of the problem.
  4. If desired, a telephone number so that we can contact you by telephone.

Once this is done we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Yes, all our shipments are insured until you receive the package.

We put in the maximum effort to send your order as quickly as possible. We give your package to the delivery person within a maximum of 5 working days. How long It will take to ship your order depends on witch country you live in. You can follow how long it will take before you receive you package using the Track and Trace code that you receive from us.
